      Claim Analysis

      Claim Analysis — Identifying Intrinsic Evidence

      Claim Analysis helps you to interpret the claim scope and perform claim construction more easily by finding corresponding intrinsic evidence in the patent’s specifications and figures.

      Terms found in both the claims and specification are highlighted in red. 

       

      You can highlight any text within the claim with your cursor and "Select Terms" to find its correlating segment in the specification.

       

      1. “Click to select terms”
      2. Highlight the term
      3. Click on Select Terms
      4. Click on “Find Reference”

      All the relevant paragraphs in the specification are provided — with the keywords of the selected text highlighted in different colors.
