      Claim Insights — Disclosing Claim Issues

      On the Claim Insights page, we can see how each claim is disclosed during its prosecution history and post-grant proceedings. 

       

      The percentage (%) indicates how many claim elements are disclosed by the cited prior art references, either by 1) a single reference or 2) multiple references.

       

      1. Select the independent claim(s)
      2. Click “Confirm” to view the details of the selected claims.

       


      Claim Insights — Disclosing Claim Issues

      The disclosure rate (%) in this table indicates how many keywords or claim terms in each claim element are disclosed by the cited prior art references.

      1.  Switch between each claim

      2. These are the prior art references found in prosecution history or post-grant proceedings

      3. Click on each claim element to view the mapping results from comparing this element to all of its prior art references.

      4. Click on each percentage to view the mapping results from comparing this element to this specific prior art reference.

      : There were amendments made to the claim element based on a relevant rejection.

      : The claim element was canceled after a relevant rejection.

      The claim terms in the claim element are highlighted with different colors, which represents the first appearance of the claim terms.

      4. The examinator’s opinions in the Rejection.

      6. Filter by case number or legal basis
