I did not purchase online. Where else I can find my purchase record and status if I don't speak with Customer Service to get it?

1)Click on the "blue circle" and locate "Account"

 

2)Go onto "Summary" and then "Subscriptiom Status" for purchase records. 

 

3)Use the following as an example: "Patent Search Basic" was purchased, and its period is until 2020/12/1.
