I clicked on "Forget Password?" and entered my account email to change my password, but have not received any email for the reset. Why not?
The email may sit in your "Junk Mail" or "Spam" boxes. Please go and locate an email with InQuartik as the sender and a subject of "Please reset your password".
Should it not be found in the above-mentioned boxes, please "Contact Us" again. You will have to authorize us by email to reset your password manually.
