If your credit card is expiring soon, you are highly encouraged to change your credit card information in Account to continue using Patentcloud. For any changes for the next cycle (month or year), please complete them at least three business days before the subscription rolls over.
Three days before your next payment date, Stripe (our third-party payment solutions provider), will charge your credit card for the next cycle and is authorized to make three (3) attempts at most. If it leads to an unsuccessful transaction due to an expired credit card, your subscription will be deemed canceled.
